In collaboration with CFEAS, ENSP-NOVA is proud to present the 2nd edition of the professional development workshop for teachers as part of the PAFSE project – Partnerships for Science Education. This action aims to prepare teachers for public health education in the school context, based on the best available scientific evidence and promote the use of active methodologies in teaching-learning. The workshop consists of four modules, each tailored to explore specific scientific topics relevant to public health education. From exploring student-centered teaching methods and project-based learning to delving deeper into specific topics such as zoonotic diseases, non-communicable diseases, the Sustainable Development Goals, and artificial intelligence systems in public health. These actions are certified by CFEAS for teachers’ career progression purposes and assure a holistic approach to educators’ professional development.

Registration is free, but mandatory and subject to availability.
